Role Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong functional and technical understanding of Business Central, along with experience in Customer Service Hub and ticketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementations, configurations, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
  • Work with Customer Service Hub for ticket generation, tracking, and resolution workflows
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
  • Provide functional expertise across finance and operations processes
  • Support system integrations and data migration activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
