Job Description
To provide techno-functional expertise of the D365 CE modules with focus on enhancing the performance, efficiency and capability of the Control Risks business.
This is a hands-on role and the holder will equally provide configuration and development to Dynamics 365 CE, focusing primarily on Case Management (Customer Services).
This role requires strong communication to non-technical audience and the holder needs to be able to work at a Strategic level as well as have hands on tactical and operational skills to define work and trouble shoot / resolve issues in an effective way.
We are OK with this role being remote.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Configuring, developing & enhancing the D365-CE suite – including plugins, extensions, customisations and integrations.
- Working with the Business Teams to understand opportunities / requirements, develop user stories in DevOps (or ITSM) and define product backlog.
