About The Role
As a D365FO Functional Consultant, you will be an integral part of a scrum team, collaborating with colleagues across various locations. The role involves a balance of 3rd-level support, design, documentation, and configuration for both minor enhancements and larger projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents escalated from 1st and 2nd line support.
- Design, configure, and document minor enhancements.
- Design, configure, and document features for larger projects and programs.
