Minimum Requirements
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years dairy herd management
- Previous pasture management experience essential
- Proven ability to AI essential
- Computer literacy essential
- Maintenance orientated advantageous
- Strong administrative skills
- Great stockmanship
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Valid driver’s license
