We are looking for a skilled Pasteurization Technician / DAIRY PLANT OPERATOR to operate and monitor milk pasteurization equipment, ensuring the production of safe, high-quality dairy products on our UAE dairy farm or processing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pasteurization machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure milk is heated to the required temperature and held for the correct time to kill harmful bacteria.
- Monitor and record pasteurization parameters such as temperature, flow rate, and time.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of pasteurization equipment.
- Inspect milk before and after pasteurization for quality and safety standards.
