Damage Appraiser

_A Hertz Damage Appraiser is responsible for accurately assessing damage to Hertz vehicles and preparing detailed reports of their findings utilizing knowledge from VALE national or industry experience. The Damage Appraiser should have extensive experience working with vehicles and a strong attention to detail. They must be able to recognize and identify different types of damage and be familiar with the Hertz fleet. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently._
**A Day in the Life:**
Body damage appraisers will review and make vehicle repair recommendation decisions based on company standards and policies. They will work closely with our vendor repair network to ensure vehicles are being repaired with high quality and in a timely manner.
