We are seeking a talented Head Waiter / Waitress to join the Dante team at Claridge’s.

Responsibilities

• Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
• Overseeing a team of waiters, ensuring that our standards are adhered to.
• Overseeing and assisting in the setup of the dining room including table settings, waiter stations and stock.
• Ensuring that the dining experience of your guests within your section is unforgettable.
• Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to.
