Role Description

The DAT Expert Dispatcher is responsible for managing and optimizing freight loads using DAT and related load board platforms, ensuring timely and efficient dispatching of trucks and carriers. This is a contract, on‑site role based in Rawalpindi, focused on coordinating daily load assignments, negotiating rates with brokers, and maintaining clear communication with drivers, carriers, and clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include monitoring available loads, matching them with suitable equipment, tracking shipments, resolving issues in real time, and updating all relevant systems and records. The role also involves analyzing routes, schedules, and capacity to improve efficiency, reduce empty miles, and support on‑time delivery performance. The DAT Expert Dispatcher will collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
