Data Aggregation Officer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Aggregation Officer to support our growth and outreach initiatives by sourcing, extracting, and organizing high-quality lead data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in using modern lead generation and data extraction tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and aggregate prospect data from platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Skrapp.io, ContactOut, Seamless.ai, Leads411, and similar tools.
• Research companies and identify decision-makers based on defined ICPs.
• Collect and verify contact details including emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Clean, organize, and maintain lead databases in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicates.
