Role Overview
Workforce Insights (WFI) is seeking an Assistant Director – Data Analysis & Insights Generation to expand our ability to deliver enterprise‑level insights for the EY US firm. Today, analysis is primarily embedded within Service Line (SL), Industry Group (IG), or office support and focuses on local readouts and immediately-need consultation. This role is designed to extend beyond those constraints by enabling cross‑dataset synthesis, trend analysis over time, and standardized insight generation that can scale across the firm. This is a player/coach role—responsible for both hands‑on analysis and insights delivery, as well as managing and developing analysts as part of the Buenos Aires Workforce Insights hub.
