  • Analyze business, operational, and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for bookings, revenue, campaigns, and operational performance

  • Support business teams in monitoring key metrics including conversion, voucher performance, customer growth, and ride activity

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and support data-driven decision making
