Commercial Real Estate Asset Management
Analysis & Reporting
- 1 2 years' experience in commercial real estate loans with experience in reviewing legal docs, property financials/ appraisal reports/ covenants including financial models/ business plans and vendor applications such as Rockport/ Argus
- Should have fair knowledge on CRE risk assessment metrics such as LTV/ DSCR/ DY covering a variety of CRE property types: multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, senior living, etc. and present potential decisions' impact on assets and asset performance to senior leadership.
- Experience in interacting with various internal and external stakeholders including property managers, third party vendors, borrowers, and law firms.
- Experience in handling large set of data and analysis of data.
