About your tasks:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide HR analytical needs, including models supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface key HR and people KPIs (e.g., hiring, attrition, engagement, performance), enabling real-time insights into workforce dynamics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR like Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partnering to align analytics with strategic workforce and organizational objectives
