Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Data Analyst – Project Resources plays a key role in enabling data-driven resource planning and decision-making across the Project Management Unit (PMU) and all functions within E&C. The role is responsible for consolidating and analyzing manpower, workload, project demand, and cost data to provide accurate insights, forecasts, and reports that support optimal deployment of project personnel, timely mobilization, effective resource utilization, and control of resource-related costs and under-recovery risks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Resource data management & governance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date resource database, including manpower, roles, project assignments, availability, and charging/cost centres, by consolidating inputs from PMU, Regions, functions, HR, and project teams.
