Data Analyst, Project Resources

JOB PURPOSE The Data Analyst- Project Resources is essential for enabling data-driven resource planning and decision-making across the Project Management Unit (PMU), by consolidating and analyzing manpower, workload, project demand and cost data to provide accurate insights, forecasts and reports that support optimal deployment of project personnel, timely mobilization, and effective control of resource-related costs and under-recovery risks. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Resource data management & governance: maintain accurate and up-to-date resource database (manpower, roles, project assignments, availability, charging/cost centres) by consolidating inputs from PMU, Regions, HR and project teams.
Resource planning & forecasting: develop and maintain demand vs capacity forecasts to support bids/prospects, project mobilization plans and ongoing execution requirements.
Manloading / utilization tracking: monitor manloading, utilization, bench and over-allocation; highlight constraints, gaps...
