- End-to-End Performance Tracking & Reporting: Deliver monthly reporting that bridges the gap between teams.
- Forecasting & Revenue Analysis: Manage monthly revenue reporting and provide data-driven forecasting. Identify bottlenecks (stuck revenue) and predict future performance based on current pipeline velocity.
