Overview BlackStone eIT is looking for a skilled Data Analyst & Visualization Specialist to join our team. 
In this role, you will analyze complex data sets and create compelling visualizations that facilitate data‑driven decision making. 
You will work closely with business units to understand their analytical needs and transform data into actionable insights. 
Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns. 
Develop clear and insightful visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. 
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver relevant data solutions. 
Perform data cleansing and ensure data quality. 
Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports to support business initiatives. 
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
