Data Analytics Manager

Position description: As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our data team, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Your primary goal will be to derive actionable insights from extensive datasets, influencing strategic decisions, improving user experience, and driving product growth. You will lead projects, lead junior data scientists, and ensure data-driven approaches are integrated into business processes. What you will be doing: Manage product, design, engineering stakeholders to drive large-scale, complex data analysis projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Understand how our investment products work and is able to present to senior management business related analysis to improve the adoption and volume of our products
