JOB DETAILS


Mine and analyse data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experience, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes

Formulate queries and extract data from database to perform analysis for business development

Coordinate with cross functional teams to implement models and monitor outcome

Campaign tracking and optimizing (email, push, in app etc)

Conduct customer behaviour studies to provide insight into consumer behaviour

Manage and provide insights for growth programs as ideated by strategy team

Ideate and trace KPIs

Conduct funnel analysis and A/B testing and optimize results

CTR and CVR improvement ownership based on analysis

Identify trends in consumer behaviour and providing insights for bonus, cashback and discount schemes
