Job Title: Data Annotation Operations Expert Role Overview We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Data Annotation Operations Expert to support delivery of voice and video annotation projects . This role will focus on project coordination, onboarding, training, quality processes, and day-to-day delivery management. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of voice and video annotation projects Manage onboarding and training of evaluators and QC resources Track daily progress, quality, and timelines across projects Support process setup, documentation, and SOP creation Identify delivery risks and escalate issues proactively Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Maintain reporting on project status, output, and quality metrics Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in voice (mandatory) and video data annotation services Experience in voice annotation is mandatory, video annotation is preferred Strong understanding of transcription, ann...
