Data Center Technician (Cabling Focus)
Location: Leesburg, VA
Overview
We are seeking a Data Center Technician with a strong focus on structured cabling to support large-scale data center buildouts in the Leesburg, VA market. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the installation and infrastructure build of critical data center systems.
This position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of commercial cabling or data center experience who are looking to grow within the data center industry.
Key Responsibilities
+ Install, route, and terminate structured cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic)
+ Pull and dress fiber and copper cables throughout the data center
+ Label, test, and document cable installations and network connections
+ Install cable trays, pathways, and supports
+ Terminate low-voltage devices and assist with network hardware installs (switches, servers, racks)
