Data Center Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Server Delivery Support (SDS) technician to assist in day-to-day data centre operations and server delivery.

Will support day-to-day operations and coordination of server delivery related tasks focusing on:

• Server delivery transparency, interacting with the delivery platform and ensuring data is always accurate and up to date. SDS will also act as first-tier handler if a system exception requires human intervention.
• Event response of power over subscription: in case of any rack-level or row-level power consumption exceeding the safety threshold, SDS will coordinate with business owners to arrange server relocation within the designed time window.
• Server relocation: SDS is responsible for coordinating the execution phase of server relocation, preparing approval documents, communicating with stakeholders, and arranging actual delivery with the vendor.
