Our Client
- Up to $4,500 per month, shift allowances
- 2-year contract (Convertible to permanent)
- 12hr Rotational Shift

- Engineering Industry
- Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, including onsite support and temporary workarounds.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and update the Project Manager.
- Perform system maintenance, including OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations.
- Implement service requests and change requests.
- Liaise with vendors/OEMs for technical support.
- Min Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or system operations.
- Microsoft or ITIL certification is an advantage.
