Data Center Technician – AWS Infrastructure Operations
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Data Center Technicians resolve a range of datacenter infrastructure issues including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and foster a world‑class safety culture.
- Own safety initiatives and projects.
- Adhere to all DC safety protocols during red zone (RZ) and floor operations.
- Support safety inspections and maintain site compliance standards.
- Diagnose hardware and network problems and perform physical repairs.
- Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment up to 18 kg.
