- Perform physical tasks such as racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware replacement.
- Monitor and manage environmental controls, including temperature, humidity, and airflow, to support smooth data center operations.
- Carry out regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets related to hardware and network issues promptly.
- Manage asset inventory and maintain accurate records of infrastructure, cabling layout, and equipment tracking.
