Job Description
Role PurposeThe Quality Engineer (QE) for the Data Center Business Unit (DC BU) supports product and process quality across data center products and manufacturing operations.
This role works closely with Engineering, Operations, Supplier Quality, NPI, and Customer‐facing teams to help prevent quality issues, assist in investigations, and contribute to effective corrective and preventive actions.
The QE applies an engineering mindset, data analysis, and structured problem‐solving to support product integrity and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Incident & Escalation Support
Support investigations into data center quality incidents, including containment, data collection, and root cause analysis activities.
Assist in documenting and tracking corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.
Product & Process Quality Engineering
