Responsibilities
- Manage and service large-scale 'in-country' data center infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
- Proactively coordinate and escalated site operational issues and client requirements, ensuring excellent customer experience at all times while following STT GDC GDCO policies and standards.
- Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of operations in the 'in-country' data center.
- Act as Level 2 escalation point by overseeing and resolving all on‑site operational incidents and major issues, responding and performing remote requests within SLA.
- Understand M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building, critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the DC environment.
- Document and update accurately all requests on the internal web portal ticketing system such as user requests, incidents, provisioning, etc.
