- Own and manage end-to-end data pipelines from source systems to Enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH) and Fabric Lakehouse / SQL DWH.
- Ensure robust ETL/ELT frameworks, data quality checks, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
- Drive automation of daily, monthly, and regulatory MIS, including IRDA and IIB reports.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, audit, and compliance standards required for Life Insurance.
- Lead design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards for:
- Management & leadership reporting
- Sales, Agency, Bancassurance, RRB, Credit Life
- Operations, Renewals, Issuance, Claims, HR
- Implement semantic models, optimized DAX, and reusable datasets.
- Enable one-click regulatory and management reporting and embed dashboards across platforms.
