This is an opportunity to join one of our clients from the government sector. We are hiring a Data Engineer to provide Ops and production support and enhancements for Data warehouse / Datamart projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and prioritise user queries and production issues for existing applications in Engineering and Operations, coordinating with team members to ensure timely resolution
- Track, analyse, and resolve production support incidents, identifying patterns and recommending improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Facilitate user meetings and stakeholder workgroups to document and analyse change request requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications
- Perform comprehensive data profiling and mapping to define data requirements for new projects or change requests, ensuring alignment with data quality standards
