• Own and manage data ingestion and operational data workflows across multiple source systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, source data structures, and operational dependencies.
• Execute and monitor ingestion processes for structured and semi-structured data with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to maintain high data quality Standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related operational issues, pipeline failures, and ingestion
inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to optimize workflows, improve automation, and enhance system efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on data handling, troubleshooting approaches, process discipline, and engineering best practices.
