You will design and deliver high-performance back-office software solutions, collaborating with development teams and users to ensure robust application support and comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Gather and analyze software requirements to align solutions with business needs
- Design, develop, and maintain high-volume, performance-intensive back-office software applications
- Prepare and submit comprehensive SDLC deliverables including Business Rules, Software Requirement Specifications, Architecture and Design documents, Interface Specifications, Source Code, Testing Specifications, and User Manuals
- Provide day-to-day application support to resolve operational issues promptly
