Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Engineering Trainer to deliver immersive, hands‑on training to a cohort of aspiring data professionals. This is a contract role for a fixed duration, ideal for trainers who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping learners build real‑world data engineering skills through practical projects and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor‑led, in‑person Data Engineering training over a 12‑week program
- Teach and mentor a cohort of 25–30 learners
- Design, develop, and deliver training content, labs, hands‑on exercises, and projects
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
- Design and execute assessments to evaluate both technical and soft skills
- Track learner progress and provide regular performance feedback
