Responsibilities
- The position will be responsible to assist in the development, implementation, and support of the Companys maintenance management system;
- Dataentry to the CMMS system as well as compiling and converting data inexcel and word documents for migration to CMMS System (IFS).
- Develop adequate training materials and train operations personnel in inventory management.
- Carry out additional responsibilities.
- Provide general data punching and administrative support, provide data entry for CMMS system built.
- Converting document from PDF to be put into Company's template
- Data entry for entering the maintenance schedule from vendor manual to CMMS template
- Assist in spare part codification cross checking and verification process.
- Interface with all levels of management and across departments. Will also interfaces with corporate personnel.
