Data Governance Specialist – Fidelity Investments Canada

You will work on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Work Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026). The location will then shift to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager of IS Architecture and define data governance across Fidelity Investments Canada.
• Create and maintain frameworks, standards, policies, artifacts, and procedures to support governance.
• Establish, implement, and document governance processes for managing data and build organization awareness on key data topics.
• Work with business and architecture teams to promote consistency, quality, integrity, and accessibility of shared data and information.
