Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Guides more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion
  • Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals
  • Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively
  • Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics
  • Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems
  • Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR
  • With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines
  • Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management)
