Data Management and Investment Coordinator

Reports To: Head of Acquisitions / Investment Team Lead

Overview

Cloudland Capital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management / Investment Coordinator to join our acquisitions and investment team. In this role, you will serve as the critical data link between market research and deal execution. You will leverage industry tools to canvas new markets, identify potential acquisition targets, research beneficial ownership, and coordinate with active brokers to generate deal flow for the team.

Role Description

1) Market Research & Data Collection

• Use CoStar, DataTree, and Crexi to canvas and analyze new markets for potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain databases of target properties, ownership records, and market comparables.
• Conduct property-level research including zoning, tax records, liens, and encumbrances.
