Data Migration Specialist

Role Overview

The Data Migration Lead will own the endtoend data migration lifecycle across

enterprisescale transformation programs large relational databases. This is a senior

technicalleadership role responsible for defining migration strategy, designing ETL

patterns, leading a team of data specialists, and ensuring data integrity, governance,

and successful cutover with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

 Strategy & Planning

 Define and drive the overall data migration roadmap and strategy (extraction,

transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation) aligned with business and

systemintegration goals.

 Plan and orchestrate mock migrations, load rehearsals, and cutover activities to

meet project timelines and cutover windows.
