JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collecting information and documents to be entered into the system

• Inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data

• Verifying and correcting data where necessary

• Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems

• Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures

• Validating and updating the data on a regular basis

• Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation Complying with data integrity and security policies

• Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed

• Performing clerical tasks as needed, such as filing and photocopying

• Experience with MS Office and data programs
