Data Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The candidate will be part of a global team that manages the Operational Data for TPICAP. They will oversee a range of operational data attributes across various systems and underlying technology. Shift work and local public holidays may be required in accordance with the business they support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily client and operational data stewardship responsibilities.
• Maintain high‑quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework.
• Maintain and change‑manage allocated individual system data as directed by the Team Manager.
• Support junior members of staff.
• Maintain legal entity records within the firm’s client databases and notify the Client Lifecycle team of any relevant changes.
