Data Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Operations Specialist to manage and optimize data across our entire data landscape. This role ensures that our AI team, data engineers, and business stakeholders have reliable, well‑structured, and accessible data. You will oversee the operational health of our data lake, shared drives, raw file repositories, backups, archival processes, and other storage platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and organize data across the data lake, shared drives, raw file zones, and structured storage environments.
• Implement and enforce data organization standards, naming conventions, folder structures, and retention policies.
• Ensure data lineage, metadata, and documentation are consistently captured and maintained.
• Support data governance initiatives by helping classify, tag, and secure data appropriately.
