The opportunity
AMS is building its data capability from the ground up. This is the first dedicated data role in the business, responsible for designing and delivering the core data platform that will support reporting, automation, AI and future growth.
Reporting directly to the CTO, this is a hands‑on, high‑impact role in a greenfield environment. For at least the first 6–9 months, you’ll operate as the standalone senior data authority, requiring strong ownership, pace and pragmatism.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Designing and building the end‑to‑end data platform using the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric, Databricks, Power BI)
- Creating scalable data pipelines, models and reporting layers
- Integrating data from core business systems across finance, CRM and operations
