PBT Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to spearhead the development of retail Analytical Data Assets (ADA) and associated strategies for key 'Use Cases' using data analysis, predictive modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Responsibilities:

• Drive the evolution of Retail ADA strategy development, implementation, analysis, and tracking.
• Provide forecasting and regular ADA Management Information (MI), ensuring accurate reporting to track ADA performance.
• Lead Analytical Projects, ensuring timely and quality implementation, and contribute to quality and governance standards.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, align ADA implementations with resourcing requirements, and coach team members as needed.
