Job Description

Reporting to the E-commerce Director, the Data Specialist will be responsible for building a comprehensive data architecture. As this is a brand-new role within the web team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape it from the ground up in collaboration with the Technology and Digital teams, fulfilling a key need within the broader Linen Chest family. 
Develop and implement robust ETL processes that consolidate multiple data sources 
Design and maintain an efficient and scalable data architecture 
Participate in platform transitions to ensure proper data governance and a solid data framework 
Advise and create dashboards for various web-related teams and other departments 
Qualifications Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) for building dashboards, transforming data, programming, and connecting diverse data sources 
Proven experience with ETL processes/tools and data warehousing
