Glamox is in a new era; Glamox 2.0. As a part of our Commercial Excellence program, we are ready for growth, and we are modernizing our ways-of-working. We are looking for a technically strong, data-centric professional to join our HR team and take ownership of our HR data, reporting, complex process design, and HR systems. Even though you will be a part of the HR organization, this is not an HR role.
**What is it then?**
You will play a key role in shaping how we use data to drive decision-making across compensation, benefits, and broader HR processes. We are not looking for an HR profile for this role, but curiosity and interest in people-related topics will be an advantage—we will provide the necessary HR domain training.
Due to our M&A history and future growth strategy, Glamox is a medley of different systems, processes and data sets. The opportunity here is huge and your level of impact and autonomy will be high.
