  THE OPPORTUNITY 
 An exciting Operational Database Administrator role has just become available at one of Australia's most respected global insurance. Our client is growing their team. The role will work closely with the Product Support manager, Development teams, Infrastructure team and Business users. As a SQL Server DBA you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems. 
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
 Manage SQL Server databases from development to mission-critical production systems
 Configure and maintain database servers and processes
 Monitor system's health, security and performance with a continuous improvement focus to ensure they are optimised, efficient, and responsive
 Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
