Duration: 12 months
Days on site: 4x/week in Toronto
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in a banking or financial services environment
- Solid hands‑on experience with DB2 (core requirement)
- Experience working with MySQL or similar relational databases
- Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale production databases
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning, optimization, and high‑availability setups
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance‑driven environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience supporting AML, Fraud, or Financial Crime technology teams
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
