Database Analyst

Purpose:

The Database Analyst role provides primary support for the Centre for Career Design's suite of online platforms and databases. Duties include system customization, troubleshooting complex user access issues, system reporting and diagnosis, configuration, and providing guidance to team members contributing to the efficient and effective use of various technologies' core features. The role extracts and visualizes data across platforms and databases for internal and external reporting purposes, as well as assists with the creation and dissemination of student and corporate partner Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.

Experience:
