High school or equivalent diploma- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience- 2+ years of computer networking experience- 1+ years of data center experience- Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 poundsAmazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.Key job responsibilities- Experience working in a Data Center environment- Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting.
