+ Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support production goals
+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
+ Move, load, and manage materials according to site requirements
+ Follow safety procedures and communicate hazards promptly
+ Support day‑to‑day site operations and assist teammates as needed

+ Demonstrated skill operating excavators or similar heavy equipment
+ Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
+ Strong situational awareness in active work zones
