Responsibilities
- Perform electrical preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and reliability
- Diagnose equipment faults and provide technical support for complex maintenance issues
- Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and shutdown coordination with production teams
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems
- Assist in training and development of UAE National trainees and employees
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company procedures
- Support plant improvement initiatives and continuous operational excellence programs
- Diploma or Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- 5 years of experience for Diploma holders or 8 years for Trade Certificate holders in electrical maintenance within a steel plant environment
